NACIONES UNIDAS, 26 marzo 2009 (Xinhua) - Obela 27 de marzo del 2009 -- Joseph Stiglitz,  galardonado con el Premio Nobel de Economía, abogó este jueves por un nuevo sistema global de reservas que reemplace al dólar USA  como moneda de reserva.
